Interested in implementing an intergenerational program?

This webinar will showcase Intergenerational Mother Goose, a long-standing intergenerational program facilitated by North Shore Community Resources.  Learn about this model's implementation, impacts, challenges, and successes. You will hear from the programs’ facilitator Particia Asburn and 2 InterGenNS coordinators, Yola and Caitlyn, about their experience with this and other Intergenerational programs and how you might apply this model to your own work.

The Intergenerational Mother Goose program is enjoyed by residents of long-term care facilities, young children, and their caregivers. There are participants from across many cultures, ability levels, and ages. Over the weeks, the participants grow comfortable with each other and bonds begin to form. IG Mother Goose has quickly become one of the most popular social programs amongst the residents at participating facilities.
